Therapy with Sabrina
Welcome!
I am Sabrina, a licensed mental health therapist, practicing in Massachusetts and Rhode Island via telehealth. In 2016, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Bridgewater State University, followed by the completion of my Masters in Social Work at the University of New England in 2019. In early 2023, I achieved my independent licensure.
My background encompasses a diverse range of therapeutic settings, including child, family, group, and individual therapy. My current practice primarily centers on providing individual therapy to adults who are battling with anxiety, life transitions or are embarking on their perinatal journey or processing pregnancy loss. I bring a wealth of experience to guide and support your personal growth and well-being. I am here to offer my guidance and support as you embark on this transformative path.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused counseling, and a strengths-based approach in my sessions. I take pride in my ability to assist and support individuals in their life journeys, fostering self-reflection through empathetic guidance. I find humor to be a valuable tool in navigating the complexities of life, and I often incorporate it into my sessions.
The symbolism of new moons is rooted in the concept of new beginnings, a particularly challenging phase in mental health or personal development journeys . I’m here to help.
